De asemenea, trebuie sa detii un permis de conducere valabil de cel putin 12 luni. Daca intentionezi sa calatoresti international, vei avea nevoie si de un permis de conducere international (IDP).
Este disponibila si predarea masinii intr-un alt punct decat cel din care faci preluarea ei. In acest caz, trebuie sa stabilesti cu agentul nostru toate detaliile inca de la preluarea masinii.
Poti returna masina si intr-o alta statie Enterprise Rent-A-Car, caz in care se va percepe o taxa suplimentara. In functie de ruta aleasa, aceasta taxa variaza de la 59,50 EUR, la 178,50 EUR, inclusiv TVA. Returnarea masinii in alta locatie este posibila pentru toate inchirierile cu o durata minima de 3 zile.
Da. Trebuie doar sa te asiguri ca ai informatiile necesare: numarul rezervarii, prenumele si numele pe care a fost facuta rezervarea si sa accesezi pagina.

✅ Reduce responsabilitatea ta financiara in caz de dauna.
❌ NU acopera: partea inferioara a masinii, interiorul, parbrizul, oglinzile sau anvelopele.
❗ Fara aceasta asigurare, esti responsabil pentru costul integral al reparatiilor.
Theft Protection (TP)
✅ Reduce costurile pe care le-ai suporta in caz de furt sau tentativa de furt.
❗ Nu acopera furtul cauzat prin neglijenta (ex.: cheia lasata in contact).
📌 In general, CDW si TP sunt oferite impreuna, sub forma CDWTP.
Super Collision Damage Waiver (SCDW)
✅ Reduce excesul deductibil la zero – adica nu mai ai nimic de plata in caz de dauna, in limitele acoperirii.
❌ NU acopera: partea inferioara a vehiculului, interiorul, parbrizul, oglinzile, anvelopele, daune cauzate prin neglijenta sau vandalism.
Pentru o protectie completa si mai putine griji, alege toate cele trei: CDW + TP + SCDW.
In cazul unui accident, ai nevoie obligatoriu de procesul verbal constatator emis de politie. Fara acest raport, vei fi considerat pe deplin responsabil pentru toate daunele produse. Iti asumi intreaga raspundere daca daunele au fost produse din cauza incalcarii Codului Rutier.
Taxa zilnica si sumele deductibile variaza in functie de clasa masinii inchiriate, dupa cum urmeaza:
Tarifele nu includ TVA.
Regula este sa predai autovehiculul inchiriat cu la fel de mult combustibil cu cat l-ai preluat. In mod normal, toate vehiculele inchiriate sunt livrate cu rezervorul plin si trebuie returnate in aceeasi stare.
In cazul in care vehiculul este returnat cu mai putin combustibil decat avea cand l-ai preluat, diferenta va fi perceputa in conformitate cu tariful oficial al Enterprise Rent-A-Car Romania. In plus, se va aplica o taxa de servicii de 35.70 EUR, inclusiv TVA.
Da, scaunul de copil este obligatoriu, conform legislatiei rutiere. Trebuie folosit pentru copiii cu varsta sub 12 ani sau cu o inaltime mai mica de 135 cm. Asigura-te ca scaunul este adecvat varstei si greutatii copilului, pentru siguranta lui.
